Wendy Bryant Gow is an entrepreneur and mother of two grown daughters, international brand strategist, image consultant, personal stylist, runway model, professional organizer, interior designer, Founder and CEO of the Lily Winston Firm. In her over 30 years experience, Wendy has built a strong and influential presence as a guest speaker with various state and national organizations, Fortune 500 companies (e.g., SAS, Cisco, IBM, MetLife, GlaxoSmithKline ) as well as major universities (e.g., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, North Carolina State University, University of Virginia, Emory University), Wendy’s individual clients include C-Suite Executives on Wall Street, in Silicon Valley, and national and international corporations, University Chancellors and Deans, State and National Politicians, and Medical Professionals. Wendy has been featured in numerous regional, national, and international media publications and networks including CNN, Fuji News Network - Japan, The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Sun Times, Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Charlotte Observer. In her off hours, Wendy has served on a number of charitable boards and civic and community projects.

In recent years, Wendy’s journey of adoption as a biracial child in post war Japan and her life growing up in the US has been the subject of a number of articles in the US and Japan and most recently was filmed for a televised retrospective with Fuji News Network in Japan.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Wendy resides in Chapel Hill with her two daughters, Winston and Lily.
