My mantra is “I believe in the person I’m becoming.”
By balancing and enjoying all areas of my life- exercising, yoga, meditation, listening to good music-depending upon my mood, being with my friends, reading, creating great design, traveling, doing things that I’ve never done before (which can be scary!), and on and on… I become a happier more balanced version of “Me”.
